Permits

BUILDING PERMITS
Building permits must be obtained for construction, renovations, or moving buildings in or out of Town. Please check with the Town Office for fees associated with these permits.  

The fee for moving a building into town is $50.00.   A permit must also be obtained for the removal or demolition of a building at a cost of $50.00.  In addition a refundable deposit calculated at $5.00 per square foot of building is required to cover the cost of restoring the site to a satisfactory condition.

FIRE PIT PERMIT
A permit is required to install a fire pit. Contact the Town Office for information.
