Permits

BUILDING PERMITS
Building permits must be obtained for construction, renovations, or moving buildings in or out of Town. A construction/renovation permit is $4.00 per $1000.00 of construction (to cover the costs of inspection).

The fee for moving a building into town is $50.00.   A permit must also be obtained for the removal or demolition of a building at a cost of $50.00.  In addition a refundable deposit calculated at $5.00 per square foot of building is required to cover the cost of restoring the site to a satisfactory condition.

FIRE PIT PERMIT
A permit is required to install a fire pit. Contact the Town Office for information.
