Kinistino has one school providing education from kindergarden to Grade 12. Bussing area for the Town’s schools extends to points approximately ten miles east and west and twenty miles north and south. School facilities include a Resource Centre, a Music Room, a Gymnasium and fully equipped Home Economics and Technical Education labs.Kinistino School offers badminton, basketball, curling, fastball, track & field, and volleyball for the students to participate in on an annual basis.
Cumberland Regional Community College
Classes offered through the Cumberland Regional Community College and S.I.A.S.T provide Kinistino area people with the opportunity for continued education close to home. Subject matter of the courses varies with the current community interest.
