Town of Kinistino - Whelen Subdivison

The Town of Kinistino has been fortunate enough to receive funding through the Federal and Provincial Governments via the Building Canada Fund. The funds were used to develop a new subdivision. Prices of lots range from $9,500.00 to $15,000.00 depending on the size of the lot.
The lots are fully serviced, including curb, gutter and pavement
The Town's 1/3 share of the project is being funded through Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation.
