RESIDENTIAL TAXES The Town of Kinistino charges a base tax in addition to a mill rate to cover services that are provided. These are: Residential land - $100.00 Residential dwellings - $675.00 COMMERCIAL TAXES The Town of Kinistino charges a minimum tax of $150.00 on commercial land and buildings in addition to a mill rate to cover services that are provided. 2011 UNIFORM MILL RATE AND MILL RATE FACTORS Uniform Mill Rate 6.5 Mill Rate Factors Residential 1.2 Agricultural 5.0 Commercial 7.0 SCHOOL DIVISION TAXES The Town collects taxes on behalf of the Sask.
