RESIDENTIAL TAXES The Town of Kinistino charges a base tax in addition to a mill rate to cover services that are provided. These are: Residential land - $100.00 Residential dwellings - $650.00 COMMERCIAL TAXES The Town of Kinistino charges a minimum tax of $150.00 on commercial band and buildings in addition to a mill rate to cover services that are provided. 2009 MILL RATE FACTORS Residential 1.0 Agricultural 5.0 Commercial 7.0 SCHOOL DIVISION TAXES The Town collects taxes on behalf of the Sask.
