The Town provides water through the Saskwater Melfort regional pipeline originating at Codette Lake. It is cholorinated and peak demands are 22,000 gallons per day. The minimum water rate for 2009 is $59 for the first 5000 gallons and $11.40 for each additional 1000 gallons per 2 months.
The rate of metered water to haul is $2.50 per 1,000 gallons.
The sewer rate is $27 per two months for agriculture, residential users and commercial users. Some large volume commercial users sewer rate is tied to consumption. Sewage disposal is handled for the Town by a two lagoon system with a capacity of 10 acres.
